How it works

1. Submit Your Information

Provide the information and documents required for the renewal.

2. Sign the New Contract

HelperEx prepares the documents and arranges contract signing with the employer and helper.

3. Application Follow-up & Refund Protection

HelperEx submits the renewal application and follows up throughout the review process. If the application is rejected due to an error in HelperEx's preparation or submission, we refund the HK$800 service fee. This does not apply to rejections caused by eligibility issues, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the employer or helper, or decisions made by the relevant authorities.

4. Visa collection & government fees

HelperEx works directly with your helper on the visa collection process — you won't need to go with her.

After approval, your helper will be able to collect the visa directly from Hong Kong Immigration. There will be additional government fees — contract authentication, the Immigration Department's work visa fee, and (where applicable) OWWA — totaling approximately HK$500–700, payable directly at the offices when collecting the documents. Not included in the HK$800 service fee. HelperEx does not guarantee Immigration approval.
