What nationalities can I hire through overseas new hire?+
You can hire Filipino or Indonesian domestic helpers through this service. Both nationalities are covered under Hong Kong's Foreign Domestic Helper program.
How long does the overseas new hire process take?+
Typically 8-12 weeks from application submission to helper arrival. This includes Hong Kong Immigration processing, overseas agency processing, medical examination, and travel arrangements. Delays may occur during peak application periods.
What fees are NOT included in the HK$13,000 package?+
Airfare from the helper's home country to Hong Kong and helper insurance are charged separately. The airfare cost is confirmed before booking. All other standard processing fees, government fees, medical examination, and arrival arrangements are included.
Can I choose my helper or does HelperEx choose for me?+
You make the final choice. We match suitable candidates based on your household needs, arrange interviews, and provide guidance. You interview the shortlisted candidates and decide which helper to hire.
What if the Immigration application is rejected?+
Rejections are rare when eligibility requirements are met. If rejection occurs due to an error in our application preparation, we refund the service fee. Rejections due to employer/helper ineligibility or incomplete information provided are not covered by this guarantee.

2. Prepare the contract and visa application

We confirm eligibility and required documents, arrange contract signing, and coordinate the visa application and overseas agency processing.

3. Arrange travel and arrival

We coordinate the medical examination and arrival arrangements. Airfare to Hong Kong is charged separately, with the cost confirmed before booking.
