How it works

1. HelperEx prepares and submits the application

We prepare the required documents and contact both you and your helper to arrange a time to sign the employment contract at our office before submission.

2. Application follow-up & refund protection

If the application is rejected due to an error in HelperEx's preparation or submission, we refund the HK$999 service fee. This does not apply to rejections caused by eligibility issues, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the employer or helper, or decisions made by the relevant authorities.

3. Visa collection & government fees

HelperEx works directly with your helper on the visa collection process — you won't need to go with her.

Once the application is approved, your helper will be able to collect the visa directly from Hong Kong Immigration. There will be additional government fees — contract authentication, the Immigration Department's work visa fee, and (where applicable) OWWA — totaling approximately HK$500–700, payable directly at the offices when collecting the documents. Not included in the HK$999 service fee.
